I sent in two cards for grading, and they both came back with a pristine 10 rating. However, there's condensation trapped UNDER the slab, and it seems like it got in between the card and the sleeve they used. It gives the appearance of water damage beneath what’s supposed to be a perfect 10.

This issue is present on BOTH cards.

What a total letdown. I’d advise steering clear of this service.

The grading of the cards was done quite fairly. I noticed that the cases have become sturdier compared to the earlier ones I got. I'm really pleased with the service as a whole. I probably drove them a bit nuts with all my inquiries, but they were super polite and helpful every single time. I totally trust this company and really appreciate the grading they provide.

This is the first grading service I've tried. I had spotted them at comic conventions across the UK and was really impressed just by that. I mailed my cards for grading, expecting a wait of 30 to 60 days, but they came back in just 14 days! I'm super happy with the results, many thanks!

I had a fantastic experience getting my cards graded. Since it was my first time, I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth it went. I also picked up a card from someone else that had been graded by OG, but the plastic was a bit tight on the front. I reached out to OG, and they re-cased it for me at no charge, even though I didn’t grade it myself. I messed up my address on the form, but after I contacted them, they fixed it right away. Overall, it was just a wonderful experience, and I definitely recommend OG!

I wouldn't suggest this for folks who are already into the collecting scene, but it might work for newbies since it's on the more affordable side. Overall, I can't really recommend it because the quality of the slabs leaves a lot to be desired. Having seen a bunch at comicon and owning a couple myself, I noticed they often have crumbs and even bug legs trapped inside. Plus, it looks like the sleeve cards are inserted before sealing, which causes bubbling all over them. Getting them re-graded elsewhere is a real hassle too, if you're not satisfied with the slab's quality. The grading itself is super lenient, so steer clear if you're looking to invest, as they barely hold any value once they're slabbed.

These slabs are stunning, way better than PSA in terms of both time and quality. I’ll definitely be using them again! I ended up with a ghost rare 10, but when I sent a PSA for remarking, I got a lower grade. Still, I think that was a fair decision.

I purchased a signed card that was graded by this company, and when I tried to cross-grade it with PSA, I discovered that all the signatures were fake.

Even though Only Graded had authenticated them, it took three months to get my refund.

The customer service was awful, and they tried to pin the blame on me 🥴. This company is just out to make a quick buck, plain and simple.

I made my purchase on March 1st with a promised express delivery in 5 days, but here we are on March 30th. I received misleading tracking info, and then I was informed their machines were down? I've requested the tracking number several times, yet still no luck. No updates on my card or when I might expect my delivery either. As someone who runs a business, this is just unacceptable.
